Our robots are designed for a wide range of pool sizes. The Hydro and Hydro S are ideal for residential pools up to 15m x 8m. The Hydro SU, Hydro SP, Hydro Pro, and Hydro Plus are suited for larger residential and commercial pools. Please refer to each product page for specific coverage details.

2. How long does the battery last on a single charge?

Cordless models (Hydro, Hydro S) offer up to 3 hours of continuous cleaning on a full charge. Hybrid models (Hydro SU, Hydro SP, Hydro Pro, Hydro Plus) can switch between battery and corded power for uninterrupted cleaning sessions.

3. How do I connect the robot to the app?

Download the Purily app on your iOS or Android device. Power on your robot and Signal Buoy, then follow the in-app setup wizard to connect via WiFi. Once connected, you can control your robot, monitor cleaning progress, and receive software updates remotely.

4. Do I need the Signal Buoy to use the robot?

The Signal Buoy is required for WiFi-based remote control and real-time monitoring via the app. Without it, some models can still operate in automatic mode but without app connectivity.

5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic (US) delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. International shipping times vary by destination, generally 7–21 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is a flat rate of $50 USD. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. What is your return policy?

9. How do I clean and maintain the robot?

After each use, remove the robot from the pool, rinse it with fresh water, and clean the filter basket. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Regular filter cleaning ensures optimal suction performance.
